Maritza helped us relocate to Southern California during this crazy housing market, plus a global pandemic. We wanted to rent for 12 months to test out the area, really search for our forever home, try out the schools, etc. We were completely disregarded by other realtors because we were looking for a rental. No one would take us seriously and rentals were just as hard to secure at the time. We needed someone who would put in effort for us. If you are considering placing your home on the market, I would suggest that you contact Maritza. She met me while I was gardening at the property. I found out she was an agent and I asked her to help me sell my home. She is not just a real estate agent. She took personal pride in making suggestions that she thought would help my property to stand out from others, including choice of wall paint. When I was busy at work, she often met with painters or contractors at my house or with the inspectors. She is very professional and she helped me to get 52 thousand over list price. From beginning to end it was a smooth process. When we first met, she brought comps and a proposal for what we should list for, how the market is currently, and all the details around how the process would go.
She worked around our schedule for showings and was always on time. She followed all the covid guidelines to ensure our safety when we would return to the house. She also leveraged her social media accounts to gather additional interest.
