Danny Lisauskas
As Director of Operations, Danny’s focus is to ensure that the Annie Clougherty team at Compass is continuously implementing the most efficient processes backed by leading-edge technology to help assure the highest quality experience for their clients. As a licensed real estate agent with over 4 years of previous experience as an IT Specialist for Compass, Danny joins the Annie Clougherty team already having a deep familiarity with Compass as a whole, its current systems, and the Orange County Real Estate market. His knowledge of how to leverage technology to optimize workflows combined with his ability to identify new advancements, keep the team at the forefront of the industry. In his role, Danny supports the team to provide better communication with clients, streamline operations, and design business development strategies.
Danny is a music lover and prior to Compass, worked as a tour manager and engineer for local bands while they were performing on the road. He is also “obsessed” with soccer and is a licensed soccer coach and avid fan of Liverpool FC. While Danny grew up in Chicago, he moved to Los Angeles in 2009 and has lived in Orange County since 2017. He currently resides in Mesa del Mar, Costa Mesa with his wife and son.
