Back in 2021, my client had me make a move on the open lot next door. It was the perfect opportunity to expand, with more space, more privacy, and full control over what, or who would go there. We opened escrow, but the deal stalled when the trustees couldn’t come to an agreement. The timing just wasn’t right.
