For the past few years, I’ve been part of Air Band—a lip sync battle featuring a crew of middle-aged pros channeling their inner rockstars. This year felt extra special as we raised funds for the Susan G. Komen Foundation in honor of a dear friend and fellow realtor that we lost to breast cancer.
Sunday practices were all about nailing the moves—because when you think “rap battle,” middle-aged professionals obviously come to mind, right? While we didn’t take home the trophy, this group of friends are winners in every way.
As for next year... sabbatical, retirement, or a bigger, bolder performance? Stay tuned.
