Reputation. Dedication. Communication. Tenacity. Results. 24/7.
These are the values that Annie Clougherty has been bringing to her clients since starting in Orange County real estate in 2002. Her commitment is clear, as her clients consistently note her professionalism, honesty, expertise, and attention to detail. Her number one priority is making the home buying and selling process as stress-free for her clients as possible.
Annie began establishing a proven track record from the start. After being recruited by a top agent to work on the sales side of real estate, she managed to grow the business from six listings to over 80 in just three years. In 2006, Annie began to pursue work independently, collaborating with many high-end brokerages for over a decade. Drawn to the unique opportunity and innovative attitude Compass offered, Annie became part of the firm in October 2017, where she has since joined forces with her current team. Having been born and raised in Orange County, Annie can give her clients firsthand knowledge about the communities she serves. Her passion for Newport and Costa Mesa is obvious, and she has a comprehensive knowledge of the area’s best restaurants, shops, schools, beaches, and more.
Annie is actively involved in the community and enjoys giving back. She has served as the PTO President of Saint Joachim School for the past two years and was previously the Auction Fundraising Chair. Annie is also part of local women’s groups, including ROAR and Orange County Moms Networking Group, which empower her to connect with fellow female entrepreneurs.
Annie currently lives in Newport Heights with her three children and husband of 15 years. During her free time, Annie loves getting out and moving--some of her favorite activities include paddle boarding, yoga, and biking. The family also enjoys spending time at the Balboa Bay Club and enjoying the delicious restaurants on 17th street.
Though she was born in Washington, Neda Desigio’s family moved to Orange County when she was young, and she has lived there ever since. Drawn to Newport Beach’s calm family-oriented neighborhoods and excellent school system, Neda loves helping her clients find their dream home in the area.
In 2002, after gaining a BA in International Business from Chapman University, Neda broke into the industry as a mortgage loan officer, quickly becoming a top performer. Because of her leading rank, Neda attracted a large volume of trusting clients--ones who ended up becoming repeat customers.
Neda then shifted her focus to the family business--commercial properties--for close to a decade, handling everything from loan facilitation and transactions to lease agreements and tenant management. The diverse knowledge she gained from this has proven invaluable since her transition into residential real estate.
Neda’s plethora of experience across various facets of the industry makes her uniquely qualified to guide her clients on their home buying and selling journeys. Her expertise allows her to present her clients an all-inclusive strategy, instilling confidence and peace of mind in those with whom she works.
On top of her impressive real estate experience, Neda offers her clients state-of-the-art service. She prides herself on her work ethic and diligence, knowing it’s the smallest details that can make a huge difference. Time and time again, clients note that her loyalty and personalized approach have made their process smooth and exciting. Neda prides herself on connecting with her clients on a deep level, finding out what is important to them so she can successfully match them with their ideal property.
When Neda isn’t working, she enjoys snow skiing with her family and traveling back to WA to visit family. Attending performances at Segerstrom Performing Arts Center and cozy nights spent watching movies are also favorite family past times.
